Posters sessions
Two fixed poster sessions are scheduled during the meeting. Presenting authors are requested to be near their poster during one of the two sessions. Refreshments will be served during poster sessions.
P1-55 will be presented during Poster Session 1 (Wednesday 28/09, 7-9 pm), P56-110 during Poster Session 2 (Thursday 29/09, 6:30-8:30 pm).
- Poster should be made in portrait, max. poster measurement is 185 cm (height) x 95 cm (width). Please prepare your poster accordingly.
- Posters should be readable by viewers one meter away. The poster should contain the title of the submitted abstract, the author(s)’ name(s) and affiliation at the top. The organisers will provide mounting materials to fix posters (two-sided tape).
- Posters can be put up any time during the day of presentation and must be removed by the end of each poster session.
- Delegates are not allowed to take pictures from slides during the presentations, nor from the posters without the consent of the authors.
Detailed information regarding the organization of the poster sessions will also be availbale at the regsitration desk during the meeting.
